Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error
  • Items returned after the return period
